A NON-REFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEE OF $20.00 MUST ACCOMPANY EACH APPLICATION.

We are, Brenda K. Adler and Melody S. Main.  We have over 25 combined years of property management experience and personally own and manage rental units in Hallowell.  With the “Vallee” name and reputation behind us, we offer excellent, knowledgeable service, with quality standards second to none. 

On the personal side of things, Melody was born and raised in Dresden, Maine, along with her three brothers and four sisters.  Melody recently retired after 20+ years as the Finance Director for the Town of Cumberland. 

Brenda was born and raised in Southeastern Connecticut with her nine brothers and two sisters.  She relocated to Maine in 1984 and has called Maine home ever since.  Brenda has owned her own businesses, including the Schooner Appledore Ltd., and Rainbow Travel, Inc. 

We are members of The Capital Area Housing Association (CAHA), The Central Maine Apartment Owner's Association (CMAOA), the Hallowell Board of Trade (HBOT), The Human Rights Campaign, and the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce.
